Our return policy is governed by the laws of New Zealand, ensuring compliance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other relevant consumer laws. This policy extends for a duration of 14 days from the date of purchase. Should 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. However, we may consider change-of-mind returns on a case-by-case basis, so please don't hesitate to contact our team for assistance.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with the tamper seal unopened and in its original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable. In instances where items were initially sent with free delivery, the delivery fee will be deducted from the refunded amount upon processing.

If your items have arrived damaged, faulty, or are not what you ordered, please contact me at awakeningyourrose@outlook.com. I am here to assist you. We kindly request that photos of the fault be provided before returning the item, along with confirmation that the product is being used correctly according to our instructions. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly, with shipping costs included, and credited to your original method of payment.
