This policy extends for a duration of 14 days from the date of purchase. Should 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. However, we may consider change-of-mind returns on a case-by-case basis, so please don't hesitate to contact our team for assistance.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with the tamper seal unopened and in its original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable. In instances where items were initially sent with free delivery, the delivery fee will be deducted from the refunded amount upon processing.
